Engineered wood products are composed of wood chip and
resin, not glue, which has all the benefits of traditional
wood with none of the drawbacks. Since 1996 this
product has been tested in Hilo, Hawaii which has more than
170 inches of annual rainfall and exposure to Formosan
termite colonies. It remains structurally sound. LP
Smartside Lap Siding comes pre-primed and pre-finished in 16
foot lengths for fewer seams, which is more pleasing to the
eye when finished. This products is made in Minnesota,
for extremes throughout the United States.
